Sky Sports News had to abruptly cut away from their live broadcast after their reporter was approached by a man brandishing what appeared to be a pair of rubber testicles on camera.
On a busy transfer deadline day for Chelsea, had chief reporter Kaveh Solhekol stationed outside Stamford Bridge, giving live updates on the club’s attempts to sign Jadon Sancho and Victor Osimhen.
A man dressed in black was seen approaching Solhekol from behind, standing behind him in full view of the camera shot as he brandished the peculiar item.
Cameras quickly cut back to presenter Mike Wedderburn in the Sky studio.
Shortly after, Wedderburn issued a brief apology on behalf of the broadcaster, telling viewers: ‘We are talking Chelsea – apologies for earlier if you saw anything at Stamford Bridge that offended you. Apologies for that.’
Football fans waiting for the latest transfer news quickly identified what was in the man’s hand, leaving many in hysterics.

He was the man behind the ‘porn noises’ that interrupted BBC One’s live coverage of an FA Cup match in January 2023, having snuck into the studio and hidden an audio device.
